Buying Hand-Crafted Ceramics
Each piece of hand-crafted jewellery and giftware is unique and no two
are the same. It has taken many years of developing skills and ideas to
create wearable pieces of art and original giftware.

What if a product is out of stock?
Currently stock is being made to order and we will advise you on the dispatch date.
Depending on what stage we are up to in production we normally dispatch within 5 days.
Many designs can be applied to different pots, for example the 'birdie' design can be
applied to a dish, mini pot, mini jug, jug and pot...these make a great set.

As most pieces go through about 10 stages to the final product,
there may be a 2-4 week turnaround to craft your request.

Payment & Security
The shopping cart on this website is run by a Shopify web-based cart
and payments are processed direct by Paypal. Both provide you with
high levels of security. Australia wide - If you would prefer to pay by
EFT please email me for details.

Delivery and Packaging
Australia wide: 
Up to 500g - Standard Postage $6.50 or Express Post $9.00
Up to 10kg - Courier includes insurance $10.00

Turn-around time for delivery is 3-5 business days Australia wide.
Email notification will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Products will be securely packaged. Please contact me within 5 days
if your order has arrived damaged in any way and I will replace it with
the same or similar item.

Customer Happiness Guarantee
Raw Ceramics have ensured that each product is checked for quality and 
made with great care. At times there may slight irregularities in the product,
this is the nature of working with natural clay on one-of-a kind handmade items.
In the rare event you change your mind or the item is not to your satisfaction, 
return it within 7 days of receipt and I will refund the cost of the item. 
Return postage is the buyers responsibility.

Privacy
Personal information you have provided with your purchase will not
be shared with a third party. Your details will kept safe and private.
